Commissions are for Personal Use only unless commercial rights are purchased. (Additional fees apply depending on service.)

My artwork may be used for personal display such as profile pictures, banners, posting on Socials with Credit, or printing for yourself, but may not be used for profit without prior agreement.

AI/NFT use is strictly prohibited.

I reserve the right to decline commissions outside my abilities or for subjects I will not draw.

You receive 3 free revisions at sketch stage only. Additional revisions cost $15 each, paid before I continue. Please provide all feedback at the sketch stage.

All payments are upfront in full through the agreed platform.

Payments to proposals should be paid fully within 2 weeks or will be declined.

A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) fee of $100 applies if you request that I do not post your commission publicly or use it as part of my Portfolio.

Complexity Fee is between $10-100 for all Commissions.

If a Commissioner wishes to buy Commercial Use AFTER a commission, the prices will be: Streamer Commercial Use ($25 USD) and Merchandise Commercial Use ($60 USD)

Commissions may take up to 1 month or depending on complexity, queue, health, merch projects, or personal matters.

I will keep you updated if delays occur. You can ask me for it, but please avoid requesting it too frequently.

If you wish to skip the Queue and be Priority, the fee will be $10 USD. You will have to Directly Message me or state in the Request forms that you wish for a Rush Fee.

Retain all rights to the commissioned artwork. You are purchasing usage rights, not ownership of the artwork itself.

Promote myself and my services.

Post on social media and in my portfolio.

Exceptions: If an NDA was purchased, the artwork will not be posted or used for promotional purposes.

Use the artwork for personal use only (Unless commercial rights purchased), which also includes printing (for yourself) and posting it on Social Media with credit to me as "@matabeo70".

Must not edit, remove signatures/watermark or claim the artwork as your own.

Must not use the artwork comercially without permission, as in merch, streaming graphic or commercial projects.
