Commissions are for Personal Use only unless commercial rights are purchased. (Additional fees apply depending on service.)

My artwork may be used for personal display such as profile pictures, banners, posting on Socials with Credit, or printing for yourself, but may not be used for profit without prior agreement.

Any uses involving AI, NFT is strictly prohibited.

I reserve the right to decline commissions beyond my capability or within my Will-not-do list.

The references and ideas can be sent via DM or Google Drive folder. And it helps me a lot if you can give more details of how you wish the work would look like see in the end.

Up to 3 free major revisions at sketch stage only. Additional revisions cost $15 each, so please provide all feedback during the sketch stage before I move on to coloring and rendering the piece.

All payments are upfront in full through the agreed platforms. Which includes Vgen, Paypal, Kofi and Wise.

Payments to proposals should be paid fully within 2 weeks or will be declined once we can move on from the sketch stage with the approved piece. I can accept the payment partly (More than 50%) depending on your situation.

Any work requested to be hidden or posted some time later will be charged and discussed through DM.

Complexity Fee is between $10-100 for all Commissions.

If a Commissioner wishes to buy Commercial Use AFTER the commission, the price can be discussed via DM.

Commissions may take up to 1 month or longer, depending on complexity, queue, health, merch projects, or personal matters.

I will keep you updated if delays occur. You can ask me, but please avoid requesting it too frequently.

If you wish to skip the waiting and be Priority, the fee will be $10 USD. You will have to Directly Message me or state in the Request forms that you wish for a Rush Fee.

Once the work is completed, you will recieave a folder in Google Drive. Which includes 01 high-quality PNG without watermarks and 01 low-quality PNG with watermarks to post on social medias.

Please make sure to have the folder/ PNGs downloaded as soon as possible. I will keep them available for up to 6 months, but can not guarantee against device failure, accidentally deletion or loss.

Retain all rights to the commissioned artwork. You are purchasing usage rights, not ownership of the artwork itself.

Promote myself and my services.

Post on social media and in my portfolio.

Exceptions: If an NDA is purchased, the artwork will not be posted or used for promotional purposes.

Use the artwork for personal use only (Unless commercial rights purchased), which also includes printing (for yourself) and posting it on Social Media with credit to me as "@matabeo70".

Must not edit, remove signatures/watermark or claim the artwork as your own.

Must not use the artwork comercially without permission, as in merch, streaming graphic or commercial projects.

By commissioning me, you are expected that you have read, understood and agreed to all the terms from T.O.S.

If you violate these terms, you will be include the blacklist as a warning post will be made.
